Samuel is a British baritone acclaimed for “with fire and gusto” (Seen and Heard International) and for his "masterful breadth of line” (BBC) trained at the Royal College of Music, The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and Wales International Academy of Voice.
As an educator and teacher, with a keen interest in young and developing voices, he has worked around Europe in a variety of capacities as a singing teacher, vocal coach and choral conductor.
As a Doctoral Researcher working with the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, Samuel focuses on vocal pedagogy and one-to-one teaching and learning paradigms within Higher Education focusing on how these interplay together to foment successful careers within the classical music industry.
Samuel's portfolio lives to represent the modern musician as: a performer, a teacher and as a researcher.
